Commissioned by the Public Art Agency of Sweden, Ellen Ehk's Sten och Lykta was permanently installed at Södertörn University, Stockholm, in 2018. The work consists of two free-standing bronzes – a stone and a lantern – that embody the values of the Institution for Police Studies. The lantern symbolizes enlightenment, restitution and guidance, while the stone represents stability and patience.
