Berg Gallery offer sales through our online gallery, which is updated regularly. We show most of our objects in stock here, but not everything. The aim is to sell pieces in as good original condition as possible, but since most of our objects are vintage there will be some wear. You are always welcome to request a condition report as well as more detailed photographs. Please feel free to e-mail any questions before purchasing. Orders can be placed online or by phone.
All prices on the web site are as default in SEK (Swedish Kronor), however you get prices in another currency by making a selection in (Prices in) in the upper right corner.
All vintage objects sold by businesses in Sweden (as in most European countries) are subject to V.A.T. according to the profit margin taxation rules (“Vinst Marginal Beskattning” (VMB)). V.A.T. refunds or can not be applied on objects bought with VMB. V.A.T.-amount will be zero on your invoice on objects bought with VMB.
Place your order by adding the objects you want to buy into your shopping cart (Add to cart). If you want to update your cart, click (Update cart) in the upper right corner. When you are done shopping, click (Checkout) to finalize your purchase.
Fill out your personal details including shipping address. Select delivery and payment method and the currency you would like to be invoiced in. Click (Continue). Check that your order and details are correct and press (Confirm Order).
By clicking (Confirm Order) you agree to our Terms and Conditions and you have entered a binding contract with Berg Gallery AB. Your order will almost immediately be confirmed through an e-mail. You have to be 18 years or older to purchase from Berg Gallery AB
If you find any errors in your order, please send an e-mail or give us a call.
We will send your invoice to your e-mail address. You should do the payment within three weekdays after reception of the invoice (unless you have already paid using your credit card when placing the order); please notify us when the payment has been done.
We accept the following payment methods:
Smaller objects will be shipped through Post Nord AB, domestic as well as international. Objects are usually shipped within three days. The estimated shipping time for domestic deliveries is 2 to 3 weekdays, for international deliveries 5 to 10 weekdays. During holidays the delivery may take longer time. We will supply a tracking number and the parcel can for most countries be traced through www.posten.se. The total shipping cost for smaller objects will be displayed when you check out.
Larger objects such as furniture, larger chandeliers, paintings and floor lights can usually not be shipped with Post Nord. We will then advise on a shipping company suitable for the object(s) and final destination. The shipping cost for larger objects that cannot be shipped with PostNord will be calculated after your order has been received, I.e your checkout price is excluding shipping. If you want to know the shipping cost before buying, please send us an e-mail or give us a call. Your order is completed once the provided shipping solution is approved.
Pick-up from our warehouse in Stockholm can be arranged upon request.
If the parcel has been damaged during transportation we ask you to report this directly to the shipping company to avoid any dispute arising from this.

The shipping cost for larger objects will be calculated manually.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all additional costs such as duty, customs charges, VAT, other taxes etc. applied to their order in the designated country.
When you buy a product on our website you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. Contact us by phone or email; do not send the object back until you have received our confirmation of the return. If you regret your purchase, you are required to personally hand the item back to us or to cover return shipping. The merchandise must be in the same condition, in the same packaging and with the same tags as it was when it was received once we get it back. When the return is accepted, we will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs.
All complaints must be made through e-mail or phone; do not send the object back until you have received our acceptance of the complaint. The objects sold on this web site are vintage and used and sometimes restored, unless otherwise stated. Inspect the pictures; read the brief condition report provided and if you feel any uncertainty please request a more thorough condition report by e-mail. By ordering from this web site you accept that the used objects sold site may have flaws and that this might not be a valid reason for complaints. If we have informed you on the web site, by phone or through e-mail that a certain object has a defect or blemish, you cannot complain about these errors after purchase.
If a complaint is accepted the merchandise must be in the same condition, in the same packaging and with the same tags as it was when it was received once we get it back. When the return is accepted, we will refund the amount paid including shipping costs.
We always try to keep the information and stock on this web site as updated as possible. However, if an object listed as available on this web site already has been sold to another customer we will contact you and make a full refund of your payment as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel an order based on typos or erroneous information on this web site.
There might be differences in colors, gloss, etc. between photos and the real object, due to settings, your screen/computer and resolution.

Berg Gallery AB saves and stores your personal information when you are shopping, creating a login or signing up for our newsletter. We only save your name, address, phone number and email address.
